- We use a printing provider to help us fulfill orders. We create the design, they print, package and ship the items. They are great with communication and very easy to work with. Because they are human, they also sometimes make mistakes.
-If there is ever an issue such as a stain, tear, or possible misprint on your garment, please message us on Etsy and they will send you another one free of charge!
